Drawing Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited by
law. Entrants must be at least 8 years of age and residents of
the U.S. who complete and submit every item of the guestbook form between January 5th, 1998
and June 30th, 1998. Employees of NUMbers, Coca-Cola and their affiliates
and subsidiaries, and any advertising, promotional or other coordinating
agencies involved with this promotion, and their families are
not eligible. Only one entry per individual. All entries must
be received by 12:00 am Pacific Standard Time, March 30, 1998. All federal,
state, and local laws apply. The winner will be selected
by a random drawing and the name of the winner will be posted
on the Web site on July 4th, 1998. The winner must sign an affidavit
of eligibility and a release. The actual drawing will be managed
by an independent fulfillment house. All shipping and handling
costs will be covered by NUMbers. Winners may make no substitutions
or transfers of prizes; cash may not be substituted for merchandise.
NUMbers reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or
greater value. The grand prize will be a hardware and software
system with a retail value of approximately, $15,000. The winner
will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a release
form. Only manufacturers' claims or warranties will apply with
regard to all prizes. Odds of winning depend on the number of
entries received. By submitting an entry to the drawing, entrants
agree to abide by these official rules and regulations. All entrants
agree that their names and other information released in the registration
information may be used for purposes of promotion and advertising
on behalf of NUMbers, without any additional compensation.
Winners will be responsible for all applicable federal, state,
and local taxes. NUMbers has no liability for technical or
computer malfunctions, and it reserves the right to cancel this
promotion in the event of any viral infection. A 1099 form will
be filed with the IRS.
